Does ZIIZ-Beach deliver worldwide?

We ship to many countries in the world. If you find that your country is not one we normally ship to, please email us: sales@ziiz-beach.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We wish we could offer everyone free global shipping, unfortunately this is not possible.

We, as a small company don’t control shipping costs and courier terms, you do. The more you buy from us, the more power you give us to negotiate better terms and costs for you.

We didn’t want to penalise people ordering from different regions by offering a flat rate shipping cost.  Therefore, we developed the following Shipping costs according to the size of your order. Please check delivery costs at checkout.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that ZIIZ-Beach does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to the country.

Since these fees are not applied to orders by ZIIZ-BEACH, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

We accept Credit / Debit Card Payments via a Barclaycard Secure payment gateway and PayPal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request.

Absolutely!

ZIIZ-BEACH uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact sales@ziiz-beach.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order.

We generally deliver all orders within 2-3 days in the UK, and 5-7 days internationally.

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes, which are out of our control.

ZIIZ-Beach uses Royal Mail for all orders.

 When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please email sales@ziiz-beach.com

Please also be aware, some countries do not have the capability to track orders, even though we dispatch the order as tracked.

We work tirelessly to ensure all items are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please follow this procedure to avoid delay in processing your issue.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please complete the Returns Form to the right, before shipping back to us, as returns will not be accepted without an Authorisation Code.

To keep costs down for both you and us, please include one or two photos of the fault. In some cases, you may not need to return all the items to have it replaced. This will be at our discretion.

Once we receive your form and photos, we will send you an Authorisation Code for you to include in the package when returning. We will also give you the address of where to send it in the UK.

We will not be liable for compensating you for the return postage cost if you have firstly not advised us of the issue/fault and received authorisation for the return.

We thoroughly inspect all items prior to dispatch and you must notify us within 7 days of receipt if you suspect that an item may be faulty.

If you use the item even though it shows signs of ‘fault’, you will be deemed to have accepted the item in the condition it was received and the item will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.

Items that are returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected and we will notify you of the outcome via e-mail within 7 days.

Products are deemed faulty if:
(a) the goods are damaged when the customer receives them; or
(b) the goods show a distinct manufacturing fault.

Please note, items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear, will not be refunded or exchanged. The items must be in the original condition. Item(s) must not have been washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.

In the event that we find no fault with the returned item, you will be notified via e-mail that the returned item cannot be accepted and you may elect to have the item re-delivered to you. If you do not accept re-delivery, we reserve the right to retain the item and the purchase price and recover our fees and expenses from you.

Once an item has been confirmed by us as faulty via email notification, we will process your refund within 14 business days. You will be refunded for the item and all delivery costs.

     Requesting a return is really simple!

    Just go here (What if the items I receive are damaged or faulty?) and it will guide you step-by-step what to do.

    (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than faulty items. We are also unable to refund postage costs.)

    Once the item(s) have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchange) or full refund (excluding shipping cost).

    ZIIZ-Beach cannot be held liable for the loss of goods being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

    If you’re exchanging, we just need the item that needs replacing.

    If you’re wanting a refund, we will need you to send back all the items.

    ZIIZ-BEACH will happily accept returns and exchanges. The items must be in the original condition. Item(s) must not have been warn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. ZIIZ-BEACH offers a full refund, part or full exchange on items. You can see our Returns Policy here
